It helps organizations drive more productivity and revenue through the use of video, track viewing activities of each individual viewer, and also provide AI data to help convert views into action.

CircleHD is hiring a sales enablement manager who can work closely with sales leaders, sales operations, marketing team to ensure strategic collaboration across all three disciplines. The successful candidate will be a highly organized professional who has experience defining similar strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Organize sales training / coaching, define workflows, training roadmap, tools to improve sales productivity.
  • Supports product launches by preparing and enabling sales team to learn the product updates
  • Contribute to continuous Sales learning programs
  • Content creation for sales training
  • Organize trainings for Sales team
  • Track sales training usage and adoption
  • Support all stages of sales processes, from opportunity creation through conversion
  • Empower Sales leaders to conduct coaching for their team members

Knowledge, Skill and Ability

  • Excellent skills in sales enablement tools, workflows, best practices.
  • Knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation), sales process, and Customer journey
  • Knowledge of sales pipeline management
  • Knowledge of hiring Sales and selection practices for sales roles
  • Ability to plan and facilitate meetings
  • Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce
  • Strong skills in strategic, conceptual, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle deadline pressure, ambiguous situations, and change
  • Negotiation skills to resolve conflict situations within sales team
  • Excellent communication skills within teams and with executives
  • Coordinate team activities to boost team moral and motivation

Background, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • Degree / Certification in business preferred
  • 3+ years experience working in Sales Enablement areas
  • B2B sales experience is a plus (improving lead conversion, reduce sales onboarding time, enhance sales team productivity)
  • Strategic, data driven thinker, Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Passionate about training and developing sales reps
  • Experience working with Changes within an organization around products / solutions, Sales process, sales content needed to be communicated across sales teams
  • Initiator, self-motivated; results oriented
