This company has been a leading global investment firm for over 20 years, managing over $143 billion in assets and accumulating over 60 awards for their academic research.

Location

Though they are headquartered in the United States, the company has additional offices in Europe, Australia, and the financial centers of Asia.

The Challenge

When evaluating a global learning solution, the company had to be very particular about which they chose. The company was exploring various learning solutions where they could create a branded, customized, and secure academy portal for all its employees across the globe. But, more than that, they also wanted every piece of content to have access controls so it would only be made available to the relevant team. 

While a few solutions checked these initial boxes, they didn’t quite meet the other criteria set out by the company, namely robust analytics that could track portal usage, support for multiple mobile devices, and a dedicated mobile application.

The Process and Our Approach

The company first learned of CircleHD’s Enterprise Video Management platform through an organic search they conducted. 

Our highly-flexible learning system allowed the company to not only customize the UI, but tailor the security settings to meet their standards; specifically, they were able to personalize access levels for each employee within the platform.

Because the company had such a specific set of needs, CircleHD created a bespoke support program consisting of custom integrations, organization-specific help documentation, and other tweaks that would ensure the platform met and exceeded every expectation their enterprise had.

The Results

Thus far, the company has continued to provide positive feedback on their experience with CircleHD. They specifically found the analytics and custom reporting were instrumental in helping their executive team gain a deeper understanding of training content and what impact it’s having on the organization, as a whole.
