- What kind of content can play in CircleHD?
CircleHD can play virtually any kind of content such as Videos, PDF, PPT/X, DOC/X, SCORM packages and of course content published through CircleHD.
- How can I enroll external partners?
CircleHD offers an easy workflow in the user interface that allows an Admin to create SSO login URLs for partners. Partners can then access the account using those URLs.
- How often do I have to connect to the Internet?
CircleHD is a cloud hosted offering. You need to be connected to the internet to access your account on the desktop, mobile or tablet. On iOS or Android mobile or tablets, using the CircleHD app, you can download content and also consume it offline.
- Do I need to do anything to activate the software?
For a purchase done using a contract and/or purchase order, CircleHD will send you an login information that you would need to enter to sign in to your account.
- Is my data saved after expiration of Free Trial?
Data created during a Free Trial would be deleted at CircleHD’s convenience after the expiry of the trial period.
- What is status of my account and content after expiration of my Trial account?
After expiry of a subscription, you will need to contact [email protected] in case you need to extend your trial period or start a paid subscription.
- How can I activate the Free Trial?

- Which languages does CircleHD support?
CircleHD is currently available in English.
- What is the deployment model for CircleHD?
CircleHD offers a cloud hosted subscription model. Customers just need a browser and internet access to start using CircleHD to access the product.
- How can I add and delete “Registered user”?
Adding or deleting users is done through the Administration UI, user management.
- How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by reaching out to CircleHD support team at [email protected] The cancellation terms as noted in the Terms and Conditions or Contract would apply.
- Are there any volume discounts?

- What is a “Registered user”?
“Registered User” is someone who is your employee or a temporary worker for your organization or a third party contractor who is authorized by you, to use, participate and interact with your CircleHD account.
- Is there a minimum threshold on number of users, to get a valid subscription to CircleHD?
Yes, the minimum threshold is 10 Registered users.
- What is the Pricing model for CircleHD?

- What is Account and Profile feature?
CircleHD’s Account and Profile feature allow a user to set up a landing page by choosing a theme that will design and develop a platform. If you are unsure of what to choose or how to do it, CircleHD provides concepts and instruction on resources that you can utilize when you build your e-learning infrastructure. You will want to select a theme that incorporates your company’s unique perspectives that facilitates Enterprise e-learning solutions as a practical approach to content development, employee training, and knowledge transfer.
- How does a free trial work?
Free trials provide you with a full version of a enterprise plan for fourteen days. You’ll find that the trial period does impose a few temporary limits on the service, like the number of videos you can upload. Otherwise, you get the full experience of the depth and breadth of the CircleHD service, so you know exactly what you’re getting when you become a CircleHD customer.
- Are there any overage fees?
Yes, additional bandwidth and storage is charged 0.4 USD per GB per month
- Do I need to pay for a year up front?
Yes. CircleHD contracts are billed annually by default. We may refund up to 6 months of unused service fee if you decide to cancel the service anytime during the contract.
- Do I need to buy services right now?
No, you can try CircleHD FREE for 14 days and decide if it’s best for you.
- What is a user?
A user is any person who uses can log into CircleHD. Other types of users, like administrators and moderator, are included and calculated in your chosen pricing tier.

- Is my device supported?

- Is there a guide for transferring from another system?

- What is your refund / cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy for any CircleHD account is driven by the applicable “Contract” or “Terms and Conditions”. You may be charged a Cancellation Penalty of 50% (Fifty Percent) of the subscription price for the remainder of the commitment period.
- How do I know which plan is best for me? Can I change any time?
Yes, you can change the plan at any time, CircleHD experts are there to help you with a custom plan that works best for your requirements.
